Insurance
Baylor Travel Medicine requests payment in full at the time of visit. Payment by check, debit card or credit card is preferred.
If you plan to submit your Travel Medicine invoice to your insurance company for reimbursement, pleased be advised of the following:
When you submit your Travel Medicine invoice to your insurance company for reimbursement, be sure to clearly indicate that any reimbursement due is to be paid directly to you. If your insurance company erroneously sends a check to Baylor Travel Medicine, Baylor Family Medicine, or to Dr. Corboy the check will be mailed back to the insurance company and your reimbursement will be delayed.
