Dr. Jeffrey Steinbauer, lead physician at the Express Care Center, or one of his associates, will see patients as quickly as possible, often on the same day.

Express Care Center: Quick, convenient, quality care
For timely treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, members of the BCM family, employees of Texas Children's Hospital and Rice University, and established patients are encouraged to visit Baylor Clinic's Family Medicine Express Care Center.

- Quality care for non-life threatening illnesses and injuries for patients 12 and older
- Referrals for further evaluation and treatment
- Access to lab tests and diagnostic imaging
We provide a full range of services for acute minor illnesses. We do not provide checkups, routine immunizations or routine care of chronic disorders (cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes, etc.). If you need care for these problems, please see your primary care physician (PCP). If you need to establish a PCP, please call 713.798.7700.
If you experience chest pains, serious injury or illness, or other emergency, call 911.
